Having started its activity in 1997, from trading grain and groats grown by Lithuanian farmers, today Galinta ir partneriai has become one of the largest producers of buckwheat groats in Europe and producers of flakes in the Baltic States. Over more than twenty years, our products have been discovered not only by consumers in Lithuania and other Baltic countries, but also by consumers who promote healthy eating and appreciate food quality in the USA, Great Britain and Scandinavia.
TODAY GALINTA IS DEVELOPING THESE BUSINESSES:
• BULK FOOD PACKING. Modern packaging factory in Kaunas packs up to 3 million packages a month;
• BUCKWHEAT GROATS PRODUCTION. Galintos Grūdai, a branch of the company operating in Varėna, is one of the largest and most modern buckwheat factories in the entire region, with a production capacity of over 1,000 tons of buckwheat groats per month;
• FLAKES PRODUCTION. In the subsidiary UAB Galintos grūdai the highest quality oat, wheat, barley, rye, millet and other kinds of flakes are produced;
• WHOLESALE OF BULK FOODS – RICE, BUCKWHEAT, FLAKES AND OTHER CEREAL CROPS. Groats and flakes with the Galinta brand can be found in all major retail chains in the Baltic States;
•PURCHASE AND STORAGE OF GRAINS.
